Our festive fun-run goes virtual

Our 5km Reindeer Run is open for entries to get you feeling festive in the run up to Christmas.

You’re invited to take part in a virtual fun-run to help raise money for your NHS heroes this Christmas. The first 75 people to sign up will receive a free pair of reindeer antlers and a red nose!

Sign up to run, jog or walk 5km between Saturday 5 and Sunday 20 December, and fundraise £30 or more to receive a medal.

Runners can complete their 5km at a location of their choice, but have the option of following a signed route at Avon Heath Country Park using the signs or Strava running app.

Your NHS workers have been going above and beyond throughout this pandemic to care for you and your loved ones. From cleaners, to catering staff, porters, back office administrators, nurses, health care assistants, registrars, paramedics, Doctors or Consultants – these are just some of the wonderful local NHS staff you will be helping to support by taking part in this year’s Reindeer Run.

With your help, we can support the mental and physical health of these amazing frontline heroes by funding additional services and items such as access to psychological support, wellbeing books in staff areas for positive mental health and non-perishable snacks during shifts.

Registration is £8 per person or £20 for a group of four. Sign up now at BHCharity.org/reindeerrun or call the Charity Office on 0300 019 4060.

Please adhere to social distancing and local restrictions when taking part in this event.
